Wilson Camelo is the founder and President & CMO of Camelo Communication, a Hispanic-owned, veteran-owned multicultural marketing agency serving mission-driven organizations across healthcare, government, public health, agriculture, and social impact sectors. A native of Colombia, Wilson immigrated to the United States at age four and became the first in his family to graduate from college. He went on to serve 20 years as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Air Force, advising four-star generals on strategic communications and crisis management. After retiring from the Air Force, Wilson founded Camelo Communication with a clear mission: to help organizations that serve diverse communities communicate with cultural authenticity and strategic precision. Wilson is an award-winning marketer and sought-after speaker whose credentials include the American Marketing Association, American Medical Association, PRSA International Conference, Hispanicize, Hispanic Marketing Forum, NESHCo, and the Connecticut Hospital Association. He was recognized as the 2011 PRSA Connecticut Practitioner of the Year and named a Hartford Business Journal 40 Under 40.

Stella Laguado serves as Vice President of Camelo Communication, where she oversees the day-to-day management of agency operations, project traffic, vendor relationships, and staff. With more than 10 years of experience in media, marketing, and management, Stella ensures every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard of quality clients have come to expect. A native of Colombia, Stella previously worked for Caracol Radio, one of the country's largest radio networks, where she rose to become the leading sales representative in the country and earned numerous awards for her work.

Martha Bermudez is Brand Director at Camelo Communication, bringing deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and multicultural marketing. Her career spans more than 20 years leading marketing initiatives for major consumer brands including Pepsi, Calgon, and Adidas Fragrances, with significant focus on the Hispanic and African American consumer segments. Born in Ecuador and a graduate of St. John's University, Martha brings both international perspective and rigorous brand discipline to every engagement.

Daniel Lopez is Digital Marketing Director at Camelo Communication, responsible for developing digital strategies, establishing KPIs, and implementing and optimizing digital campaigns across agency accounts. He leads all digital efforts including paid social, display, programmatic, and inbound marketing. Daniel brings more than 10 years of digital marketing experience and holds a Master's in Digital Marketing from EUDE Business School in Spain.

Mercedes Sanchez leads public relations at Camelo Communication, bringing more than 10 years of experience in consumer and government PR, influencer marketing, and media relations. Her background spans agency, in-house, and independent consulting roles. Mercedes began her career as a journalist and producer for the New York Post and WNBC-TV.

Ricki Fairley is Camelo Communication's African American Market Strategist, bringing more than 30 years of marketing experience including 20 years in brand management at Johnson & Johnson, Nabisco, Reckitt & Colman, and The Coca-Cola Company. She is also the Founder and President of DOVE Marketing. Ricki has led award-winning campaigns for major brands including Amtrak, Wachovia-Wells Fargo, AARP, and the Obama for America campaign. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Brand Marketing Manager supporting agency clients in the implementation of marketing campaigns and operational processes. More than six years of experience in operations management, marketing, and event planning. Native of Venezuela with a bachelor's degree in Communications and a master's degree in Entertainment Business.

Brand Marketing Manager with more than five years of experience spanning marketing, event planning, sales, and production. Graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing.

Develops and implements search engine optimization and social media strategies. More than six years of experience. Holds a Master's in Digital Marketing from EUDE Business School in Madrid.

Specializes in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Works with account teams to establish KPIs, manage Google campaigns, and deliver performance reporting.

Extensive experience in digital media, print, retail, and animation. Has worked in advertising agencies and as a freelance designer since 2007.

Develops creative executions across traditional and digital advertising, social media, and corporate identity. More than seven years of professional design experience.

More than three years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital campaign planning across education, technology, and public sector projects.

Experience in animated graphics, video production, and advertising creative for public and private sector clients.

Supports the digital marketing team in executing strategies for agency clients. Currently pursuing studies in digital marketing and English at EAFIT University in Medellin, Colombia.
