Social Impact & Nonprofits
Your Mission Is Too Important for Marketing That Doesn’t Work.
Nonprofits and social impact organizations face a challenge most agencies don’t fully understand. You’re asking people to act. To apply, enroll, participate, change behavior, or show up. Often in communities that have been historically underserved, overlooked, or left out of the conversation entirely. Generic outreach doesn’t work here. Neither does marketing that talks at communities rather than with them. We build campaigns for mission-driven organizations that meet people where they are, speak their language literally and culturally, and move them to action. Because when your work changes lives, your marketing should too.
Our Experience
We’ve worked across the full spectrum of social impact. Disability employment campaigns. Health equity advocacy. Community and civic development. Our clients share a common purpose: improving lives. Our job is to make sure the communities they serve know they exist, trust what they offer, and take action. We understand that nonprofit budgets are finite and accountability is high. Every dollar has to work. We bring the same strategic rigor to a community outreach campaign as we do to a major healthcare system. Because the mission deserves nothing less.
Disability Services & Rehabilitation
This is one of our deepest areas of expertise. We’ve developed bilingual outreach campaigns, rebranding initiatives, and video productions for organizations serving individuals with physical, sensory, and developmental disabilities. We help them reach underserved populations, drive program participation, and communicate their value to both clients and employers.
A note on accessibility: because of our extensive experience in this space, ADA and WCAG accessibility standards are second nature to us. We build accessible campaigns, websites, and materials as a matter of course, not as an afterthought. For organizations where accessibility compliance is a requirement, we already speak that language.

Health Equity & Advocacy
We’ve partnered with organizations working to dismantle health disparities, expand access to care, and advance equity for communities of color and other underserved populations. This work requires cultural fluency, community trust, and messaging that is as precise as it is compassionate.
Clients: Connecticut Health Foundation, American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, The Health Collective (LGBTQIA+ community)

Featured Work
Bureau of Rehabilitation Services
Connecticut is home to over 308,000 individuals with disabilities and less than 45% are employed. BRS set out to change that with a campaign that needed to reach individuals with disabilities, their families, and Connecticut employers simultaneously. We developed a bilingual outreach campaign that made the case for vocational rehabilitation with clarity and cultural relevance. The core message was clear: everyone has the ability to work and contribute. The result was a 250% increase in individuals with disabilities entering the workforce through BRS programs.
Your community is waiting. Let’s make sure they hear you.
